ASME Fabrication

We Manage: Steel Fabrication Projects and Vessel Design and Fabrication Projects. 

We Work With: Petrochemical Process Piping, Structural Steel, Various Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Boilers, and Tanks.   

We Fabricate: Skid Mounted Modules, Chemical Process Units, Pipe Racks, Off Shore Platforms, Well Guards, ASME Code Vessels, and Structural Steel. 

We Supply: Exotic Metal Welding, Welders, Pipe Fitters, Pipe Design, Steel Fabrication Design, and Certified Welding Inspectors.

The J.M.Davidson Fabrication Shop Works with our Piping & Plant Maintenance and Painting & Sandblasting Crews to complete Turn Arounds and Large Field Piping Projects on time and with quality performance.

JMDI Fabrication of vessels for a Bio-Diesel Facility.  Vessels were  Designed, Fabricated, and Installed in house.  JMDI fabricates vessels including ASME Code Pressure Vessels. ("U", "S", and "R" Stamps)

Vapor Recovery System designed by Aura Engineering llc, PLC design by Star Integrated, for Kinder Morgan Pipeline.  JMDI has fabricated these types of skid units and other skid mounted chemical process untis/modules for over a decade.  The complete Fabrication, Installation and Start Up is performed by JMDI.  Services performed in-house include: Vessel Design, Structural Fabrication, Pipe Fabrication, PLC Panel Fabrication, Purchasing, Shipping, Painting, I&E Installation, all QC requirements, site preparation at final location (dirt work/concrete), piping tie-ins, start-up, and training for clients for safe and proper use.
